AeseongHoegwan HanwooGomtang is a beef soup (gomtang) restaurant near Seoul City Hall and Namdaemun Market. The clear bone broth comes with 1++ grade hanwoo beef, thick noodles and rice, prepared in the traditional tolyeom style. There are only two dishes, the beef soup and, in summer, cold bean noodle soup. Lunch brings long queues, and food arrives in 30 seconds.
