Myeongdong Shopping Street is a pedestrian shopping district by Myeongdong Station. Every major Korean cosmetic brand has a flagship store here, many handing out free samples, alongside beauty boutiques, shops selling K-pop merchandise and international labels such as ZARA and Nike. There are six Olive Young stores, including a flagship. Evening food stalls sell tornado potatoes, egg bread, cheese corn dogs, grilled lobster, hotteok (sweet pancakes) and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes).
