About this place
Miseongok has served seolleongtang (ox bone soup) since 1966 from a narrow alley near Myeongdong Police Station. The milky-white broth is simmered for hours and arrives piping hot with Korean beef, along with aged kimchi and kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi). It makes just this one dish. Prices are reasonable and the room is old-school, and locals and older diners have gathered here for decades, even though the alley is in touristy Myeongdong.
