Privacy policy

TEAM SPOT (operated by TEAMSPOT INC.) has no sign-up or login and does not ask for your name, phone number or other contact details. This page explains what information is processed while you use the site and how.

1. Information we process, why, and for how long

  • Emails you send us: your email address and message (general questions, correction requests, banner ad inquiries). We use them only to reply and delete them one year after we finish replying.
  • Access logs: Lovable, which hosts this site (section 3), collects and keeps records such as IP address, pages visited, referrer, country and language, with cookies, for security, troubleshooting and visit statistics under its own policy (lovable.dev/privacy).
  • Stored only on your device: your screen theme choice is saved in this browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.

2. Sharing with others

Consented AI translation sends sentences to the service disclosed in section 4. Otherwise we do not give personal information to others, except where the law requires it.

3. Processors and transfers abroad

Site hosting is handled by Lovable Labs Incorporated (privacy@lovable.dev). Lovable is a US company, so access logs are transferred to the United States.

  • Where, when and how: the United States, each time you open the site, over the internet (encrypted connection)
  • How to refuse and what happens: access logs are needed to show the site, so refusing means you cannot use it. You can block cookies as described in section 4.

4. Cookies, personalized ads and outside services

  • Ads (Google AdSense, Kakao AdFit): ad providers use cookies or ad identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites (personalized ads) and to measure results. We do not receive these records. How Google uses ad cookies: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Turn off personalized ads: adssettings.google.com.   • Maps (Google Maps): the map on place pages is served by Google, which may use cookies when the map loads.
  • Videos (YouTube): videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you press play.
  • Photo resizing (wsrv.nl): place photos are resized through the image service wsrv.nl. As with any web request, your IP address is sent when a photo loads (wsrv.nl/privacy-policy/).
  • Tools: calculators, the character counter, footnote maker, watercolor, GIF maker, images to PDF, account format check and business number check run only in your browser. What you type and the files you choose are not sent to our server. The footnote list is kept only in this browser's storage (localStorage). The business code lookup sends your search words to our server to fetch matching rows from the National Tax Service data; search words are not stored.
  • Live interpreter: uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Chrome and Edge may send the audio to Google or Microsoft, Safari to Apple. After consent to AI translation, recognized sentences and selected languages are sent through our server (Lovable Cloud) to AI Gateway. Microphone audio itself is not uploaded to our server or AI Gateway, and sentences are not saved in our database. AI provider processing and retention follow Lovable policy (lovable.dev/privacy). Without consent you cannot use AI translation. Avoid sensitive information.
  • Audio to text: audio files never leave your device. The speech program (from jsDelivr) and model (from Hugging Face) are downloaded once, and as with any web request your IP address is sent.
  • Text to speech: uses the voices on your device and browser. Voices marked online send the text to the browser maker's speech service.
  • Link shortener: the link you shorten is sent to is.gd / v.gd, a shortening service in the United Kingdom (short links are public and cannot be deleted). Your list of links is kept only in this browser's storage (localStorage).
  • Currency converter: our server fetches rates from Frankfurter (and the Bank of Korea ECOS, if configured). No visitor information is sent.
  • Refusing cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works (you will see general ads instead of personalized ones).

5. Deletion

Information past its retention period is deleted without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it. Email us at the address below and we will act without delay. A legal guardian may make requests for a child under 14.

7. How we protect information

  • All connections between the site and its servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
  • This site keeps no database of personal information.
  • Only the staff member in charge reads inquiry emails.
