Ko-House

Ko-House is a gochujang (red chili paste) stew restaurant in Euljiro run by Chef Ko Seok-hyun, who appeared on Netflix's "Culinary Class Wars". The thick, savory-sweet stew is full of pork, zucchini, potatoes and tofu and comes topped with crispy fried green onions, and meals can end with gochujang pasta or risotto. A potato noodle pancake with two egg yolks is also on the menu. The inside is cramped and there is usually a wait, but there is outdoor seating.
