Imone seolleongtang is a seolleongtang (beef bone soup) restaurant in a quiet alley near Dongdaemun that has been open for decades. The broth simmers for hours and comes to the table very hot, with chunks of beef and noodles. Kimchi is served on the side. A bowl costs 8,000 won, and the tables are simple wooden ones.
