N Seoul Tower/Namsan Tower

N Seoul Tower stands on Namsan Mountain, 480m above sea level, and its observatory gives a 360-degree view of the city. The 236m communication tower changes color every night to show air quality. Visitors ride up on the Namsan Cable Car through the forest, and couples have left thousands of padlocks on the 'Locks of Love' fence.
