Tortoise

Tortoise is a dessert cafe on the hills of Haebangchon. Its soufflé pancakes come wrapped in mochi and topped with seasonal fruit and cream, so they look like little ghosts. Flavors include strawberry, tiramisu and matcha, and each one is made fresh, which takes 15 to 20 minutes. The two-story room is done in wood with turtle details, and it gets crowded on weekends.
