Decalcomanie

Decalcomanie is an open-kitchen bistro on the first floor of Sinheung Market in Haebangchon. Its dishes recreate recipes posted on "Recipe Bank," a crowd-sourcing platform. The house dish is honey-glazed cod with Uiseong garlic aioli, tomato and honey. There are also pasta dishes and sous-vide pork steaks; the spinach basil pesto pasta comes in a creamy sauce with fresh shrimp.
