Jongno Gopchang Ahyeon

Jongno Gopchang Ahyeon is a gopchang restaurant 1 minute from Ahyeon Station, specializing in seasoned vegetable gopchang (beef intestines). The spacious room has large iron griddles. The intestines, cleaned so they don't smell, are stir-fried with fresh vegetables and glass noodles cut short for easy eating. At the end, the bits left on the griddle are scraped into fried rice, and lettuce for wraps and sweet-spicy pickled radish come free.
