Yongmun Galbi

Yongmun Galbi has grilled marinated pork ribs over charcoal near Yongmun Market in Yongsan since 1973. Fresh ribs are marinated daily in a mild house sauce. Plenty of fresh vegetables, house-made dongchimi (radish water kimchi) and free cold noodles come on the side, and sikhye (sweet rice drink) is served after the meal. After 50 years the sign is still plain, the worn interior is the original one, and the recipes have been passed down through generations.
