Gabdolne grills gopchang (beef intestines) over charcoal on Cheongpa-ro in Yongsan, and locals line up for it. The intestines are cleaned well so they don't smell, and the filling is creamy. Fresh vegetables, house-made ssamjang and cold soju go alongside. Office workers and students from nearby Sookmyung Women's University fill the smoky tables, and prices are reasonable.
