Sangnoksu BBQ

Sangnoksu BBQ is a retro-style pork barbecue restaurant in the narrow alleys near Sookmyung Women's University. Thick cuts such as hwangjisal, pork jowl trimmed of excess fat, are grilled over charcoal on foil-lined grills. The interior is deliberately aged, and university students gather here. Vintage wallpaper and old-fashioned furniture recall a nopo (old shop), and the menu also has spicy hand-pulled noodle soup and pickled cucumber cold noodles.
