Musoe Kimchi Samgyeop Hannam

Musoe Kimchi Samgyeop Hannam is a pork belly restaurant in Hannam with a cast-iron grill at each table. The pork cooks together with aged kimchi and fresh water parsley, and the kimchi is made in house from 100% Korean ingredients. Staff grill all the meat first. Screens keep the oil from splattering, and the meal ends with kkakdugi (radish kimchi) and water parsley fried rice, fried on the iron grill in the pork fat until the bottom turns crisp.
