Ggupdang

Ggupdang is a pork neck restaurant with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, right at Sinsa Station Exit 5. The neck is aged for 15 days and grilled by staff over charcoal on custom aluminum plates. It is eaten with wasabi and Kokumi rice, developed with advice from a Japanese chef, so each bite is a little like sushi; green onion salad goes with it too. The place is always full, and waits are long.
