MenShoku

MenShoku is a second-floor ramen shop near Sinsa Station with a monotone interior and bar seats where you can watch the chefs cook. It is known for clear chicken broth ramen and springy house-made noodles. There are three kinds of chashu (pork, duck and chicken), and you set the spice level when ordering at the kiosk. The tsukemen comes with thick, chewy noodles and a rich, concentrated dipping sauce.
