Ramen Moto is a tsukemen (dipping noodle) shop in Seocho-gu. Thick, chewy house-made noodles come cold, separate from a rich dipping broth made with fish and pork stock. Every bowl costs the same whatever the size, up to 1kg of noodles, and broth refills are free. Orders go through a vending machine, and lime juice and nori seaweed can be added.
