About this place

Komatsu is a minimalist, counter-only ramen shop in Hakdong with high chairs and an open kitchen. It makes three kinds of ramen, including one in a clear shio (salt-based) chicken broth topped with thin slices of sous-vide chashu. Rice is free, for the last of the soup. Locals line up at lunch.
