Pro Soy Crab

Pro Soy Crab is a ganjang gejang (soy sauce crab) restaurant in Seocho-gu. It belongs to a chain that first opened in 1980, and its female blue crabs from Korea's West Sea marinate for three days in the house soy sauce, Jeopjang. The salty crab is known as a rice thief, because it makes people eat more rice. Deep-fried soft shell crab is also on the menu, Korean baseball players nicknamed the place Professional Ganjang Gejang, and autographs from Korean stars decorate the restaurant.
