Daesam Sikdang is a frozen pork belly (naengsam) restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong. Its flash-frozen samgyeopsal comes directly from Majang-dong meat market and is sliced thick when you order, then served on retro stainless steel dishes with spicy scallion salad and fermented soybean stew. Locals line up for their "periodic transfusion" of it. The meal ends with kimchi fried rice cooked in the pork fat.
