Jinmi Pyeongyang Naengmyeon

Jinmi Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is a Pyeongyang-style cold noodle restaurant in Gangnam-gu with over 20 years of cooking behind it. Chef Yim Se-kwon spent decades at other cold buckwheat noodle restaurants in Seoul. It has been in the Michelin Guide every year since 2018, and the clean broth, chewy buckwheat noodles and mandu dumplings draw long lines. Staff may not speak English, so a translation app helps.
