Aburasoba

Aburasoba, near Gangnam-gu Office Station, serves brothless Japanese oil noodles. Thick noodles are tossed with sauce and topped with a soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, chashu and green onions, in a plain version with vegetable oil or a spicy one with chili oil. Kombu vinegar and extra toppings are added at the counter, and free rice comes at the end to mix with the leftover sauce. With only 15 seats, there are queues at lunch.
