Songgang Jaemyunso

Songgang Jaemyunso is a noodle factory and restaurant in Seongsu, about 10 minutes from Seongsu Station. Japanese-trained chefs make soba and udon fresh every day with traditional techniques from Japanese noodle masters, and output is capped at 60 portions of udon and 50 of buckwheat soba a day. The soba comes with 50% or 80% buckwheat, using Bongpyeong buckwheat flour. The restaurant says it aims to make food safe enough for grandchildren to eat, so no artificial additives go in.
