Seouso is a Japanese noodle house in a residential part of Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu. A couple runs it and makes the soba and udon by hand. Seats are at a counter, where seasonal tempura of sweet potato, lotus root, mushrooms, shrimp and vegetables is fried to order in front of diners.
