PuJuOk

PuJuOk is a seolleongtang (ox bone soup) restaurant in Seongnae-dong, near Olympic Park. Its broth simmers in big cauldrons you can see at the entrance. The menu has doganitang (knee cartilage soup) with beef knuckles, a special seolleongtang with meat and thin noodles, and oxtail soup, all served with kimchi and scallions. The restaurant began as a chain from Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province; taxi drivers and families eat here, parking is ample, portions are generous and prices are around 13,000 to 22,000 won.
