Triple bones

Triple bones is a gukbap (rice soup) restaurant in Munjeong-dong run by a chef who trained at a Michelin 2-star restaurant and appeared on Netflix's "Culinary Class Wars". Its broth of beef, pork and chicken bones comes separately, to pour over crispy nurungji (scorched rice) in a hot stone pot. Cold smoked pork with seaweed pickles and Korean beef tartare with pine nuts are also served. There is bar seating, and at dinner it becomes a Korean pub with traditional liquors and small plates.
