Olympic Park

Olympic Park in Songpa-gu covers 1.4 million square meters and is a legacy of the 1988 Summer Olympics. Its World Peace Gate has winged arches and murals of mythical guardian spirits, and the Olympic Sculpture Park holds over 200 contemporary works by international artists. The renovated KSPO Dome (15,000 capacity) hosts K-pop concerts, and the grounds hold the Olympic Museum, Baekje dynasty exhibits and the 3rd-century earthen ramparts of Mongchon Fortress. Entry is free, and Olympic Park Station on Lines 5 and 9 is a few minutes away.
