About this place

Mensho is a tsukemen shop in Gwangjin-gu, created by the team behind Umaido ramen. Tsukemen is the only dish: springy house-made noodles to dip into a concentrated broth of bonito and pork, with soft-boiled eggs and bamboo shoots. Seating is counter-only, orders go through a vending machine, and the kitchen is open. Queues form even at off-peak hours.
