Menya Hanabi Jamsil, near Seokchon Lake, is the Korean branch of a Nagoya mazesoba (brothless ramen) shop. The main bowl is Taiwanese-style mixed noodles with spicy minced pork, a raw egg yolk, seaweed and fish powder, which you mix yourself. Orders go through a ticket machine. Free rice comes at the end for the leftover sauce, and the queue is usually long.
