HanaMyeon-ok

HanaMyeon-ok has served jjolgalbi (spicy braised pork ribs) in a narrow alley near Jongno 3-ga since 1994, though the name suggests noodles. Domestic pork ribs simmer at the table in a savory-sweet sauce with vegetables, mushrooms, glass noodles and spicy green peppers, and the green onion kimchi is homemade. Ribs are 11,000 won per serving, and added glass noodles or fried rice made in the leftover sauce cost 3,000 won each. The room is narrow and old.
