About this place
YoonMen is a tsukemen shop in Mangwon known for its motsu tsukemen, made with a rich beef intestine (gopchang) broth. Seating is a minimalist bar. From there diners watch the chef torch-grill the meat, and noodles are made by hand every day. A free rice porridge comes at the end to finish the leftover broth; waits are long, and the shop closes early when ingredients run out.
