Saebyeok Charcoal Garden

Saebyeok Charcoal Garden is a Korean BBQ chain originating on Jeju Island, where the owner runs a black pig farm; it serves Jeju black pork in Seoul at branches including Hapjeong and Sangam. The pork is grilled over charcoal from Gangwon Province. Staff cook thick pork belly and shoulder at the table, pork rind refills are unlimited, and banchan come on the side. Corkage is free, the rooms are big enough for groups, and the restaurant says it spends nothing on advertising and relies on word of mouth.
