Menyajoon

Menyajoon is a small shio (salt-based) ramen shop in Hongdae, between Hongdae and Hapjeong stations. The clear chicken broth tastes like a concentrated samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup), and the bowls are topped with sous-vide pork and chicken chashu. Noodles are made in-house, water goes through a filtration system, and chicken meatballs are among the toppings. Waits are frequent.
