Ramen Banrai is a ramen shop in Sangsu, near Sangsu Station in the Hongdae area, run by a veteran chef from the Nagomi Ramen lineage. The main bowl is Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen in a rich, creamy pork bone broth, topped with torch-seared chashu, a soft-boiled egg and bamboo shoots. Prices start at 10,000 won. Portions are generous, and the tsukemen often sells out.
