Hakatabunko

Hakatabunko has served Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen in the Hongdae area since 2004. The pork bone broth simmers for hours until it turns creamy white, and the menu has only two ramen: the stronger "In-ramen" and the milder "Cheong-ramen". Noodles are thin and firm, with few toppings. The shop is in a narrow alley near Sangsu Station, holds a Blue Ribbon award and often has long queues.
