Ramen Truck is a ramen shop a few steps from Sangsu Station that started as a late-night food truck feeding clubbers outside a broadcasting station. Its tonkotsu ramen uses a pork and chicken bone broth and comes topped with chashu, a soft-boiled egg and spicy Cheongyang peppers in place of green onions. Bowls cost 7,000 to 10,000 won. Bean sprout refills are free.
