Mentaka Musyo is a small, counter-only tsukemen shop in Sangsu. The chef trained at Menya Musashi in Tokyo, and the Tokyo-style tsukemen pairs thick, chewy noodles with a rich, concentrated dipping broth. Broth refills are free, so there is no need to ration it. Waits tend to be long.
