About this place

Ujangsan Mountain is a 98-meter hill and park in Gangseo-gu, near Ujangsan Station (Line 5), with views over the city. Local legend says rain rituals were held here during droughts in the Joseon Dynasty, and that a squirrel spirit still guards the hill. Its trails pass sculptures, poetry inscriptions and signs on local plants. A 2-kilometer rubber-paved path links artificial turf soccer fields, tennis courts, a jogging track, an outdoor stage and Korea's national archery center.
