Gyeongsang-style Dwaejijjigae

Gyeongsang-style Dwaejijjigae is a low-priced silbi restaurant near Yangjeong Station with two main dishes. Chon dwaeji jjigae is a spicy pork stew with a fish-stew-like broth full of water parsley. Ganbabbi suyuk is boiled skirt meat, a cut usually only served grilled; it comes with perilla leaves, ginger and a dipping sauce, and a free clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) ends the meal. The pork is domestic Boseong green pork, chilled and never frozen; marinated crab and fresh kimchi come free, and the bright, spacious room fills with locals.
