1953 Brothers Pork Gukbap is a pork soup restaurant in Nam-gu, carrying on a 70-year family recipe that a grandmother started during the Korean War. The Fire Pork Soup comes at the spice level you choose, the clear broth is served with stone pot rice, and there is a Mala-style version too. Its MZ-generation owners added a self-service condiment bar. Portions of pork are generous, the sundae (blood sausage) is handmade, and the meat is cooked for 24 hours.
