Niuromen Guanzi is a Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant in Namcheon-dong, recognized as a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2024-2025. The signs are all in Chinese, Taiwanese TV is on, and the counter seats face the wall. It specializes in Hongshao Niuroumen, a braised beef noodle soup with chunks of beef, and Liangmian, cold sesame noodles with ground pork and peanut sauce, with pickled mustard greens on the side. Only 150 bowls are made daily, and lines form.
