Salting

Salting is a small charcuterie shop on a quiet Gwangalli side street, about 400 m from Geumnyeonsan Station Exit 1 and within a ten-minute walk of the beach. It is a takeaway shop, not a barbecue restaurant. Jambon blanc, mortadella and bacon, made in house, cost about 5,500 won per 100 g, pastrami is sold by the 100 g, and the house Gimhae sausage is 3,000 won. Some items sell out because it also supplies local restaurants; Naver gives the 대구대가리닭 sign as the landmark, there is no parking, and reservations are accepted.
