Madam Ming is a Blue Ribbon-awarded Chinese restaurant near Seolleung Station. It is known for a patented cold jjamppong, spicy cold noodles with a heat level you choose. Jjajangmyeon and glutinous rice sweet and sour pork are also on the menu, noodle refills are unlimited, and some regulars have been coming for over a decade. Office workers line up before opening.
