Pao Pao Chang

Pao Pao Chang is a modern Chinese restaurant in Apgujeong that moved here from Gwangju. Diners can watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen. The menu includes butter tangsuyuk (crispy sweet and sour pork topped with melting butter), Dongpo pork with soft buns, eggplant tempura in mala sauce and cucumber salad with cilantro. Original artwork decorates the room, the restaurant has been on TV, and reservations are required.
