Haobin

Haobin is Chef Hu Deok-juk's Cantonese restaurant on the second floor of The Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel. The chef has cooked Cantonese food in Korea for decades, and the name means 'precious guests'. Dishes include Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, whole sea cucumber in fish-fragrant (eohyang) sauce, paljin chomyeon (stir-fried noodles with eight delicacies) and restorative dishes made with seasonal produce. Haobin held one MICHELIN star in the 2024 and 2025 guides; the 2026 guide lists it as a Plate restaurant, without a star.
