Bokdongine Ojisang

Bokdongine Ojisang is a small counter-only ramen shop in Jeonpo-dong, a little off the main Jeonpo area and hard to reach by public transport. It makes niboshi (dried anchovy) ramen in the traditional Japanese way, adapted to Korean tastes and inspired by a Gwangmyeong shop's recipe, with an anchovy, chicken and seafood broth that has no fishy aftertaste. A bowl is 8,000 won, topped with chicken chashu. Free rice comes on the side to mix into the leftover broth.
