Gonginjoo

Gonginjoo is a crab pub in Seomyeon's Baedaepo pub alley, about a two-minute walk from Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station (Lines 1 and 2). The name reverses juingong, Korean for protagonist. Grilled Korean blue crab, trimmed for easy eating and piled high (about 32,000 won), is the main dish and takes about 30 minutes; there are also spicy marinated raw crab, a crab set and crab stew. Cheaper bar food includes spicy-pepper gimbap in three heat levels and Busan-style fish cake soup with rice cakes; it has bar tables and fills up fast.
