Gasoline & Logis

Gasoline & Logis is a ramen shop behind a wooden door in a narrow Jeonpo alley. It has 6 to 12 seats at a counter. The thick, chewy handmade noodles are somewhere between udon and kalguksu, served in concentrated broths built from pork, seafood and soy, and there is also charcoal-grilled fried rice (chahang) with a smoky flavor. The menu changes and is posted daily on Instagram, the room is dark like a speakeasy, and weekend waits can be long.
