Ryusenso is a Japanese ramen chain, and this shop is in Haeundae-gu, Busan. It makes Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen with a milky pork bone broth simmered for hours, along with asari clam ramen and spicy Kara bowls whose heat you can choose. Diners sit at a counter and can watch the cooks at work. Crispy gyoza and karaage fried chicken are on the side.
