Nagahama Mangetsu

Nagahama Mangetsu is a Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen shop in Haeundae's Haeridan-gil area, minutes from Haeundae Beach. The Hakata-style tonkotsu recipe dates from 1960s Fukuoka, Japan. The pork bone broth simmers for over 36 hours with a soy sauce mix, the fresh noodles come from Fukuoka in the firmness you choose, and a bowl is 10,000 won. Gyoza and a house-made cream cheese dessert that tastes like cheesecake are also served; seating is at a counter, hour-long waits are common, and street parking is limited.
